This year we conducted 2 research initiatives with WorldatWork to provide benchmarks and drive discussion on 2 topics that are often looked at by compensation teams. We would like to present these results and help you refine your program!

Research Initiative 1 will cover how companies evaluate their cost of sales and learn ways to identify how much their sales team costs to achieve their sales goals.

Research Initiative 2 will cover staffing ratios around sales comp management. Key questions include:

  • Are their correlations between companies?
  • Who has invested in sales comp solutions?
  • Which companies do SPM better than others?
